Refund Policy

Last updated: August 20, 2026

This Refund Policy applies to payments made on www.wavel.io for listing an AI tool in the Wavel directory. By submitting a tool and completing the payment, you agree to this policy.

What You Are Paying For

The listing fee is a one-time payment of $29 (USD). It covers the review of your submission and, if approved, a permanent listing of your AI tool on Wavel. There are no subscriptions and no renewal fees.

When You Receive a Full Refund

We issue a full refund of your payment if your submission is rejected during our review. Submissions are rejected when:

  • The tool violates our content guidelines, for example tools related to nudity, inappropriate chat, undressing features, or any similar adult content.
  • The tool or SaaS product has no genuine relationship with artificial intelligence.
  • The submission is fraudulent, misleading, or does not provide real value to users.

Refunds for rejected submissions are issued automatically. You do not need to request them.

When Payments Are Not Refundable

Once your tool has been reviewed, approved, and published on Wavel, the listing service has been fully delivered and the payment is no longer refundable. If a listed tool later changes in a way that violates our content guidelines, we reserve the right to remove the listing without a refund.

Refund Processing

Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout. Once a refund is issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

How to Contact Us

If you believe you are owed a refund, or if you have any question about a payment, contact us at [email protected]. Please include the tool name and the email address used during submission so we can locate your payment quickly. We respond to refund inquiries within 2 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page and apply to payments made after the change. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
