This Refund Policy applies to payments made on www.wavel.io for listing an AI tool in the Wavel directory. By submitting a tool and completing the payment, you agree to this policy.
The listing fee is a one-time payment of $29 (USD), plus any sales tax or VAT that applies in your country. The exact total, including tax, is shown at checkout before you pay. The fee covers the review of your submission and, if approved, a permanent listing of your AI tool on Wavel. There are no subscriptions and no renewal fees.
We issue a full refund of your payment if your submission is rejected during our review. Submissions are rejected when:
Refunds for rejected submissions are issued automatically. You do not need to request them.
Once your tool has been reviewed, approved, and published on Wavel, the listing service has been fully delivered and the payment is no longer refundable. If a listed tool later changes in a way that violates our content guidelines, we reserve the right to remove the listing without a refund.
Refunds cover the full amount you were charged, including any tax collected at checkout, and are returned to the original payment method. Once a refund is issued, it typically appears on your statement within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when published on this page and apply to payments made after the change. The policy in effect at the time of your payment applies to that payment.
